When it comes to wedding and event photography, our experience has shown me that no two events are ever the same. Therefore, additional details are necessary in order to me to provide accurate pricing information.

Collections & Options
We’ve streamlined our coverage options into four collections, which are designed to cater to the most frequently requested combinations of coverage, additional services as well as products. We work in two realms of coverage, offering both customizable collections and an hourly a la carte option.
The hourly a la carte option is available on off-peak dates and allows you to create coverage for an event more intimate in nature, events when full day coverage is not required or desired. Built on the idea of complete customization, you have the choice to add additional photographers, coverage, albums, wall art or other keepsakes to the hourly a la carte option.
What’s included in all of our collections…
The password protected gallery is set live for an initial 90 days post delivery and can be extended by request. You are invited to share your gallery with relatives and friends, there they can view portraits and purchase products. All orders are fulfilled in studio and drop shipped.
Your digital proof set is a collection of final images sized to 4×6 / 300dpi with my signature on the bottom right hand corner.
An assistant is included with all collections because they are there to help ease transitions, guard or carry equipment, hold lighting for portraits or formalities, as well as assist in gathering groups for family portraits. We want our focus to be on you and capturing every part of your day seamlessly, having an assistant on hand allows us to do just that.
Give your guest the opportunity to gift you with more memories and family heirlooms! We provide you with a personalized link which you can easily share with your guests via email, add it to your Save the Dates, post it to Facebook or to your wedding website. The best part is that the value of a purchased gift can be applied to any product or service.
Photography Timeline
When it comes to creating your photography timeline, we are extremely hands on. We understand the mechanics of a full wedding day and the many variables that come into play, from the necessary time allocated for hair and makeup to venue restrictions, sunset time and tackling those formal family portraits.
We know how long each part of your day should take and how to best create a timeline that allows you to be relaxed and never rushed to get amazing portraits, and genuinely enjoy your event and time with one another.
Wedding Design
One of our most important meetings together is our Wedding Design Appointment which takes place a few weeks before your wedding date. Prior to this appointment, we will provide you with a wedding kit where we request several key details ranging from wedding vendor’s contact information to your requested family portrait list. Based on factors such as the timing of your ceremony, if you will be having a first look, specific photo requests, the size of your wedding party, we then create a seamless timeline.
The following is a sample wedding day photography timeline with first look and pre-family portraits:
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm Cindy getting ready portraits
2:40 pm – 3:00 pm Chet getting ready portraits
3:15 pm – 4:15 pm First Look
4:30 pm – 5:00 pm Family Portraits
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Ceremony Begins
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm Cocktail Hour
7:45 pm – 11:00 pm Reception
Payment Options & Plans
After saying “We Do” to working together, you’ll sign a letter of engagement and provide payment to reserve your booking. We offer three convenient payment options for you to choose from.
An initial retainer of $250 is required to reserve services along with your signed contract. The balance is divided into monthly installments, the last payment is completed two weeks prior to wedding date. A credit card is required to be kept on file with this option. Our credit card point conscious clients love this option because it allows them to build points on a card, which can later be used for travel incentives on their honeymoon.
The perfect option for clients who are really interested in taking advantage of their Wedding Registry. Reserve services with an initial retainer of 50% and pay the remaining balance two weeks before your wedding date.
As simple as it sounds, pay in full upon signing your contract and leave your mind at ease so we can focus on planning spectacular portraits.
Full Service Digital Studio
It was always our goal to be more than photographers. We wanted to be storytellers, a creator of lasting memories. By creating a full-service digital studio, we have been able to do just that. Not only do we collaborate with you to create and capture your portraits and events, but we also design and deliver a full range of products to document your most important moments in time. Our statement pieces are divided into three categories and it is on our process of discovery that you and I will determine what best represents you whether it be wall art, albums or keepsakes.
Additional Services
Some clients choose to have events which require minimal coverage, a few hours on the day of and a beautiful heirloom are enough to tell their story beautifully. While others are interested in something a bit more comprehensive, capturing every moment and angle of their story.
To accommodate the needs of every client, we offer the following additional services.
We are firm believers in the power of engagement portraits. This time allows you as a couple to get comfortable in front of the camera and us to get comfortable with each other. You can showcase your personalities in a more casual setting while creating some fun, memorable images for Wall Portraits, your Forget Me Nots and the popular, Save The Date.
